Read Carefully: Build-A-Bearville Rules and Regulations :)

As a member of the Build-A-Bearville Rocks Community, you'll be able to have all the cool features that we offer as in surfing the forum, joining contests, and hanging out. We're even working on an offical t-shirt for BRF.

For everyone's safety, I ask that you please follow these rules, and ask if you don't understand something fully..

1. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Here, we're all family, and we are kind and respectful to other members. Profanity is never accepted nor tolerated, it's a permanent ban.

2. Be yourself! Don't try to act like someone you're not like Maxine or a CybearGuide.. it's really not worth embarrassing yourself over.. and it's more work for me to have to delete your posts.

3. No duplicate accounts.

4. Avatars/signatures/any pictures you post must be appropiate. No warnings are given for this, it's an immediate ban. If you're not sure about a picture, ask the Admin.

5. Don't get too personal! If you're uncomfortable with the options on your account like where you live, your name, etc., then make something creative up! :) No phone numbers, addresses, where you go to school at, and such is tolerated. We must keep you safe!

6. Please don't spam.. make one post, then edit it, or make a post after a member has responded.

7. Advertising is a big thing on this forum. If you want to provide a link, you must contact the Admin, and she will approve it. After it is approved, you will see it on the forum.

8. Impersonating officers/artists/reporters/etc. is not accepted. You are who you are, and you will earn a rank once you get there. Be patient! :)

9. Private messaging a member threats, or over the forum is a permanent ban. Blackmail, threats, and bribes do not end well here. If you have a new Build-A-Bear, or you just got a new bicycle, tell us! But, don't try to rub it in our faces.

10. Don't copy what we have on BGF. Forums take time, time that came from us, and we are thankful for what we have. So don't take that time away from us.

11. Passwords! This is a huge deal. NEVER tell anyone your password. The only people who should know it is you, and your parents. If you have forgotten your password, contact the Admin to set up a new one.


Warnings:

You can only have 4 warnings before you get a permanent ban. Each time you get a warning, your warning bar loses a star, and you get closer and closer to being banned. All you have to do is follow the rules, and your warning bar will keep 4 stars. If there has somehow been a misunderstanding of why your bar went down, then contact the Admin.

Admins: We have worked hard to make BGF your "Wonderland Getaway", and continue to work hard to make your experience here, one that you'll always remember. We are always here for any questions you may have or the help you need. Don't be afraid to ask us for anything, that's what we are here for! The Admin title is to represent honor and trust, Admin's go through a long time of training and are always being watched to make sure they do things right.

Officers: They are like the Admin's "eyes and ears". They are there to catch and help when we are too busy managing the forum and making updates. They help keep things fun and safe. If you would like to be an Officer, you may sign up.. not ask. I must see your talents, not have you ask me. If I have skipped over your talents, then you should take the time to sign up.

Amazing Artists: They are our creative side of the BRF staff. They keep us colorful, and always help out when an avatar or signature is needed.

Newest Guests: Everyone receives this honor until a new guest shows up. Then the rank will be gone. This is only to help you get a good start on things, and to be recognized for who you are. After the rank is gone, you can look forward to earning a new one.

News Reporters: Lights, camera, action! They are always on the scene! They help capture the lastest news in Build-A-Bearville, to keep us informed and updated. Coming soon: they will be able to post in the portal! :))

BRF Planners: Did you like the party? They are the one's who handle decorations, times, and dates of the activites here on BRF. The rank is very time consuming, but fun while you plan out our upcoming events. You get to work side-by-side with the Admins!

Pawsome Club Leaders: Brilliant minds do come together! Club Leaders have their own little club with the activites that they like to do.

Beary Big Traders: Do you have the skills to trade fairly? Beary Big Traders are always hanging out, and meeting people with trading. They always trade fair and are kind with what they do.
